To access our i-branch, we have a simple agreement and disclosure for you to sign that gets you started.

Forgot your i-branch password?

The agreement/disclosure is an Adobe Acrobat "pdf" file - you will need Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher to open the form. Once you've opened the Agreement/Disclosure, print it out, sign it as indicated, and return to us via fax or email attachment (if you have that capability - there are some software limitations to doing that; see your system administrator).

Once we've received your signed agreeement/disclosure, we'll activate your account, send you an email (if you provide it) or call you to notify you that your account is activated and what your initial PIN number is.
